Investigating - We are currently investigating an increase in generated "Device Experiencing Streaming Issues" events. The issue started around August 8 and affects random sets of devices.
Aug 12, 2026 - 16:19 UTC
CloudVision as-a-Service will no longer officially support devices running EOS 4.26 or 4.27 trains starting April 20th, 2026. This is in line with our CloudVision Lifecycle Policy (https://www.arista.com/en/support/product-documentation/cloudvision-life-cycle-policy/eos-support). We won't remove existing support, but new CloudVision releases won't be tested with these older EOS trains. While most CloudVision features will likely continue to function, any support for these older trains will be on a best-effort basis. We strongly recommend upgrading your EOS devices via CloudVision to a supported release. Posted on

Resolved -
The issue has been identified and a mitigation has been put in place. Streaming latencies have returned to their expected level.

Investigating -
We are experiencing high device streaming latency on this affected cluster.
Some impact may be user visible, such as: - A delay in processing streamed device data. Some events such as "Device stopped streaming" or "Streaming Latency Breached Threshold" may fire as a result of this. In this case, the device updates are behind schedule and will be processed with some delay during the impact window. - There may be some stale data, or sporadic timeouts viewing parts of the UI. - Some provisioning features may be delayed or timeout due to the high latency.
We are currently investigating the issue and working on mitigation. Thank you for your patience.

Hello CVaaS Customers,
This is a courtesy notice for an upcoming planned maintenance activity.
We do not expect any downtime and no action is required from you.
Depending on your firewall and network configuration, devices may experience transient interruption in streaming to CVaaS as devices establish connections to the new set of IPs.
