[Informational] CloudVision as-a-Service no longer officially supports devices running EOS 4.23, 4.24, or 4.25 trains as of January 1st, 2026 Mar 31, 2026 00:00-00:01 UTC

CloudVision as-a-Service no longer officially supports devices running EOS 4.23, 4.24, or 4.25 trains as of January 1st, 2026, in line with our CloudVision Lifecycle Policy (https://www.arista.com/en/support/product-documentation/cloudvision-life-cycle-policy/eos-support).

We have not removed existing support, but new CloudVision releases won't be tested with these older EOS trains.

While most CloudVision features will likely continue to function, any support for these older trains will be on a best-effort basis. We strongly recommend upgrading your EOS devices via CloudVision to a supported release.

Monitoring - Hello CloudVision as a Service users,

We experienced an unexpected surge of "Device Stopped Streaming" events to fire between 2026-01-12 19:24:40 UTC and 2026-01-12 19:29:43. This was due to unexpected result of a change being applied causing a behavior that we did not anticipate.

We apologize for the noise caused and are investigating how to prevent similar class of outcome in the future. Thank you for your patience.
